Avoid exfoliating or using retinoids for 48–72 hours before your visit. Hair should be at least 1/8 to 1/4 inch long for effective waxing. Come with clean, makeup-free skin and let us know about medications or sensitivities.

Most clients return every 3 to 6 weeks based on individual hair growth. Brows may need more frequent upkeep than lip or chin areas. We recommend regular appointments to maintain shape and gradually reduce regrowth.

Yes. We offer gentle wax formulas, expert techniques, and calming aftercare for sensitive skin. Patch tests are available on request, and we can modify timing or method to reduce irritation for reactive skin types.

Avoid heat, heavy sweating, sun exposure and harsh products for 24–48 hours. Apply a soothing aloe or cooling gel as directed, and gently exfoliate after 48–72 hours to prevent ingrown hairs. Contact us if irritation persists.
